The role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, talent segmentation, job rotation, and mentorship programs. This role is critical in ensuring that our bank attracts, develops, and retains top talent to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities

Build a positive candidate experience, managing candidate’s expectations and maintaining relationships for those candidates who are not selected at present against a particular skill set, for future prospects.

Support HRBPs in the workforce planning - examine workforce plans, understands the skills, competencies, and experience necessary that aligns to the business needs.
